A Look Into Our History
We were originally founded by Leonard & Dolores Martinez. Prior to launching the business, Leonard worked for Chicago’s top tuckpointing companies, restoring historic buildings like the Wrigley Building, Tribune Towers, Merchandise Mart, The Board of Trade, and countless others.
When the two decided to start their own business, they chose to focus on the northwest suburbs of Chicagoland, and built their business on the philosophy of treating the client in an honest and fair manner – stressing quality over quantity.
In 1988, Len and Dolores retired and passed that tradition on to Rich and Pam Martinez, who are now passing it on to their son Caleb. As a third generation family-owned and -operated service business, we strive to treat each and every customer as an extension of our family. Our reputation for being a trustworthy, honest, and customer-focused business has kept us busy over the decades, and we’re committed to maintaining a reputation for treating customers right.
