For the past year, I have been trying to arrange multiple home improvements/repairs. I have been faced with so many contractors who don’t return phone calls, follow up with estimates, and insist I should do unnecessary work.
Your company was a breath of fresh air from the moment Jillian answered the phone! She is so pleasant and kept me informed every step of the way from first estimate to payment receipt.
Caleb came out and thoroughly examined the roof, chimneys and surrounding areas, providing me with recommendations, rationale and an estimate. He had a solution for a problem that three other contractors didn’t want to attempt. Once again, a polite, knowledgeable and pleasant person! Just a few days later, the work began.
Eric and Jacob arrived right on schedule-organized and knowledgeable. They introduced themselves and for three days worked very hard while being respectful of me, my property and each other. They did an excellent job and even went above and beyond by removing tree debris from a different part of the roof. When finishing up, they said jokingly “we’re Batman and Robin”…I couldn’t agree more, they are a dynamic duo.
